Appeals Process
- If a complaint results in content removal or another decision, the affected party will be notified.
- The individual(s) involved may file an appeal by contacting us via the details provided on this page.
- All appeals are re-evaluated by a neutral reviewer to ensure fairness.
If the parties still disagree with the outcome, the matter may be escalated to CCBill as an independent body for final resolution.
Possible Outcomes
- Immediate removal of the reported content.
- Temporary suspension of the content until further review.
- Rejection of the complaint if no violations are found.
- Permanent account/content termination in cases of repeated or severe violations.
