The model release is completed online, and your identity is verified digitally. This ensures faster, safer, and more efficient handling of your data.

  • Model Release: via Adobe Sign

  • Identity Verification: via Checked ID

  • Storage: files are securely stored in an encrypted Dropbox folder

Why go digital?

We’ve noticed that paper ID photos and model releases often:

 

  • Are difficult to read

  • Contain blurry or incomplete ID images

  • Are filled out incompletely or unclearly

 

By working digitally, we avoid these issues and ensure that everything is recorded accurately and securely.

 

 

How does it work?

You have two options for completing your registration:

 

 

1. Pre-registration

You can complete your registration in advance by following these steps:

 

  • Click the link (see below). You’ll receive an email with further instructions.

  • You will receive two separate emails:

     

    • First email: from Adobe Sign with a link to digitally sign your model release

    • Second email: from Checked ID, asking you to download an app for identity verification

     

 

For the model release, you’ll need to provide:

 

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Place and date

  • Digital signature

 

For identity verification via Checked ID:

 

  • A scan of the front and back of your ID card, driver’s license, or passport

  • A selfie for additional verification

 

Benefit: If you complete your verification at home, you will only need to do a short on-site test (only applicable for Test on Door events).

 

 

2. On-site registration

Prefer to register at the location? That’s also possible:

 

  • Scan the QR code available at the venue

  • You’ll be redirected to Adobe Sign to digitally sign your model release

  • We will verify your identity on-site using Checked ID
