Exception for Full Tested Events

For events that require full STI testing before participation, a refund will be granted only if the participant tests positive for an STI, preventing them from attending. In this case:

  • The participant must provide valid, verifiable test results from an accredited medical provider.
  • Refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the event to hello@donnykingmedia.be.

We do not offer refunds for other reasons, including cancellations due to personal circumstances.
